Garage Door Opener Replacement
Customer Issue: The customer bought a new condominium with a garage, but it didn’t come with an opener.
Our Solution: The Genie model 6170 direct drive was easy to set up, and compatible with the customer’s garage door. The garage door opener replacement fit the existing bracket as well, and the product came with a pre-programmed remote. After installing it, we just had to calibrate the opener for the door and help connect it to the customer’s Alexa.
Garage Door Roller Replacement
Customer Issue: This customer had several rollers moving slow, getting stuck, or making alarming noises. He opted to just replace the whole set.
Our Solution: We supported the garage door carefully after disconnecting it, and raised it out of its tracks. We removed each roller and replaced them along with several of the hubs that seemed to be getting worn or rusty. Once the new set were all in, we greased the garage door tracks and reinstalled the door with its fresh roller replacement.
